Something is terribly wrong with IE or wordpress. After writing, it can’t be saved and when I tried to publish it, always an error message which is really frustrating. I have written a very eloquent announcement and now I have to reproduce it which is tiring.
So here goes …
“I have been missing and will be missing a lot of episodes and so after not so much thoughts, I have decided to stop writing for this episodic thoughts. I could not concentrate and believe it or not, writing recaps is time consuming and exhausting. I find myself rather enjoy the series for what’s it is worth at my own pace and later writing a review about it. Watching it episode by episode and then reproducing the good and not so good moments episode per episode is not only exhausting, it is not fun anymore since I didn’t enjoy the series at all. I don’t necessarily hate it because it isn’t that terrible but I find myself disliking it with a passion to the point that everything about it annoys me. And what annoyed me simply didn’t encourage me to write each and every night because it simply isn’t that terrible and yet it isn’t good at all at this stage where I have stopped. So instead of killing myself over it each and every night and finding myself finding nothing positive out of this ordeal, I’d rather stop and just watch it as it is.
First and foremost I must confess I hate writing recaps and episodic thoughts make it bearable because it requires an opinion at the end of the recap. But it becomes unbearable when I feel no passion, no enthusiasm and no particular joy in describing, commenting, criticising and praising a particular episode of this series and I simply don’t look forward to the next episode. Since this series does not incite the extremes in me, I feel it is time to just not talk about it until I finish it.
Which is to say I am too lazy to write for something I feel no particular enthusiasm about. Much apologies to those who has been following this episodic thoughts since I can see from the counter it has attracted a good number of people or repeated viewins by the same number of people. The aspect I enjoyed most was the comments by the visitors, whether good or bad, whether in agreement or in dispute. I am sure I will find eager participation in the next episodic thoughts if there ever was one. Thanks for the cast list and comments and again truly sorry if you depend on the recaps to know what happened next whilst enduring my snide remarks.
Hopefully I will find a series that will inspire me to finish the recaps and keep me watching every day. “
